The author is grateful for the opportunity to have been permitted access to the collections at the Museum of Archaeology & Anthropology (MAA) Cambridge University, where he viewed several taonga (artefacts) and examined a kahu kuri (dog skin cloak) and a kahu toi (war cloak). The author intends to return to the MAA, where further examinations will be undertaken, and a series of historical & technical reports will be written.

This visit resulted in an article by the author, published by the MAA - see article here.
